About the Role
A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring apprentices to train alongside our experienced HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams in Bedford, NH. This is a ground-level entry into a skilled trade career with a 98-year-old company that will invest in your training, licensing, and long-term development. No prior trade experience is required but a strong work ethic and genuine interest in the trade are essential.
Responsibilities
Assist experienced technicians and installers on job sites
Learn proper techniques for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Help transport equipment and materials to job sites
Observe and participate in all phases of installation and service
Build skills toward independent journeyman-level work over time
What We Are Looking For
Valid NH driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in various conditions including attics and crawlspaces
Strong desire to learn a skilled trade
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Any vocational or trade school coursework
Prior experience in construction or a related field
Mechanical aptitude and genuine curiosity
