How often should I have my furnace serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before the heating season. This ensures your system is ready when you need it most and gives us time to order parts if something needs repair.
Do you service all furnace brands?
Yes. We service all major brands including Goodman, Rheem, Bosch, Amana, American Standard, Thermo Pride, Carrier, Lennox, Trane, and others, plus Beckett, Carlin, and Riello oil burners. If it's a residential furnace in Southern NH, we service it.
What if you find something wrong during the tune-up?
We'll explain what we found, show you if possible, and give you a repair estimate on the spot. You decide whether to proceed. We never perform repairs without your approval.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. Ask us about annual service agreements when you schedule, they can include discounts on service calls and parts in addition to the annual tune-up.
My furnace is old, is it worth servicing?
Usually yes. A tune-up can tell us whether your furnace has years of life left or whether replacement makes more sense. Either way, you have the information to make a good decision.
