Submitting a request through our site does not create a binding service agreement; service is scheduled and performed subject to availability, site conditions, and a separate work authorization. Rebate and tax-credit availability is determined by the administering programs, not by us.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

A.J. LeBlanc Heating offers an SMS text messaging program. Participation is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our emergency request form or another form, or by texting us first), you agree to the terms in this section.

Frequency, rates, opt-out, and help

• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the texts themselves; your carrier's plan rates apply.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending texts to that number.

• Supported carriers may include the major U.S. carriers and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
