Water Heater Service FAQ
My water heater isn't producing hot water, what should I check?
For electric units, check the circuit breaker. For gas units, check the pilot light and make sure the gas valve is open. If neither resolves it, call us. Most no-hot-water calls are diagnosable and repairable on the first visit.
Is it worth repairing my water heater or should I replace it?
Depends on the age and the repair needed. A water heater under 8 to 10 years old is generally worth repairing. An older unit with a major failure, especially a leaking tank, is usually better replaced. We'll give you an honest assessment on the spot.
Do you offer same-day water heater replacement?
