About the Role
We are hiring a residential HVAC installer to work alongside our installation crews in Bedford, NH. You will install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, central air conditioning, and water heaters in homes throughout Southern NH. We do clean, quality installations and expect the same from everyone on the team.
Responsibilities
Install residential furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini split systems
Install central air conditioning and ductwork
Work with installation lead to complete jobs on schedule
Ensure clean, professional workmanship on every installation
Handle equipment carefully and maintain a clean job site
Complete required documentation for permits and inspections
What We Are Looking For
2 or more years of residential HVAC installation experience
Experience with furnaces, boilers, and ductless systems
Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight mechanical spaces
EPA 608 certification preferred
Valid NH driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
Nice to Have
Sheet metal fabrication experience
Mini split installation experience
Experience with hydronic heating systems

Do I need to be licensed to apply?
EPA 608 certification is required for HVAC service work, and NH gas and HVAC licenses are a plus. Installers and apprentices can start without them. We reimburse approved training and licensing.
