Can you install fixtures I bought myself?
Yes. We install any fixture you supply (as long as it's code-compliant). We can also source and supply fixtures at contractor pricing if you'd rather we handle it.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
Plumbing-only scope (new tub, toilet, vanity + faucet, shower valve, supply/drain work): typically $3,500-8,000 depending on fixture complexity and any pipe rerouting. Full remodels including tile, drywall, and finishes cost much more. We only quote the plumbing portion.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes. We install Navien and Rinnai tankless systems throughout Manchester. They need a dedicated gas line upgrade in most cases and proper venting, but deliver endless hot water and save utility space.
Can you install a dishwasher or garbage disposal?
Yes. Both are standard plumber jobs. A dishwasher install includes the supply line, drain line, and air gap (where required). A disposal includes the drain adapter, electrical connection (we have in-house electricians), and testing.
